Product Description
Our unique After Sun Mist is the first of its kind on the post sun exposure market to contain proven Sol-C Micro Collagen Peptides, which improve hydration, barrier function and collagen synthesis. Too much sun not only leaves us rosey coloured and tired, it can also come with a higher chance of nasty skin conditions.
Aside from skin damage, excess sun exposure also breaks down collagen at a much faster rate than normal, how rude. It’s why we made sure to add micro collagen molecules, which absorb into the epidermis and create a film on the skin’s surface, along with Vitamin C, which helps to support collagen production and prevent pigmentation.

INGREDIENT GLOSSARY
Aqua
Water
Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Flower Water
Anti-inflammatory and gently antibacterial with the added benefit of having a delicious, fresh, natural scent.
Sodium PCA
Sodium PCA is the sodium salt of pyroglutamic acid (PCA). PCA is a naturally occurring component of skin and makes up part of the “natural moisturizing factors” that maintain a healthy epidermis.
Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract*
Hydrating and anti-inflammatory, has a cooling effect on skin.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract*
Offers multiple benefits, especially for dry, damaged and irritated skin. Aloe is hydrating, soothing, anti-inflammatory and has anti-itch properties.
GELITA® Sol C Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides
Micro collagen molecules absorb into the epidermis and create a film on the skin’s surface. Clinical studies on Sol™ C have shown an improvement in skin hydration, barrier function and increased collagen synthesis.
Sodium Hyaluronate
Incredibly hydrating. Hyaluronic acid absorbs well into skin and holds water resulting in skin plumping and hydrating. Salt form (sodium hyaluronate) is more effective than pure hyaluronic acid due to its greater compatibility with the skin.
Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract*
Hydrating, anti-inflammatory and gently antiseptic.
Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract*
Protects cells and is rich in antioxidants. Has anti-ageing and anti-inflammatory properties. Promotes the health and quality of collagen.
Camellia Sinensis (White Tea) Leaf Extract*
Protects skin against oxidative damage to keep collagen and elastin fibres in top condition.
Melissa Officinalis Leaf Extract*
Rich in antioxidants, it’s soothing and gentle on the skin.
Ascorbic Acid
Vitamin C supports collagen production. It’s an antioxidant and reduces the formation of pigmentation.
Glycerin
Glycerin is a humectant (a type of moisturizing agent that draws water into the skin).
Sodium Levulinate
Helps to condition and soften skin. Sodium levulinate is gently antimicrobial. Also a common ingredient in food products.
Sodium Anisate
Natural preservative obtained from anise and fennel. Keeps the product from going yucky.
Citric Acid
Derived from citrus fruits, Citric Acid keeps the pH of the product stable. Also commonly used in food products.
Disodium EDTA
Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. Penetration enhancer, helps other ingredients to penetrate deeper into the skin. Occasionally this ingredient gets a bad name because penetration enhancement is bad if the other ingredients are bad. But penetration enhancement is good when it’s combined with ingredients that are good – makes sense! So for our After Sun Mist, this ingredient helps to deliver even better results from all the other amazing ingredients.
