Shipping Within Australia

How soon will you ship my products?

Our goal is to ship your order in 24 – 48 hours of receipt of your purchase order. If any items are out of stock, they will be shipped as soon as we receive them.

When will my order arrive?

Unfortunately, because of Covid-19 we cannot control delays with Australian Post. Normally, most domestic orders are received withing 3-5 days of shipping.

Do you used Flat Rate Shipping?

Yes!  All items are shipped via Australian Post at a cost of $9.95.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes!  If your order is over $150 you are also intitled to FREE SHIPPING!

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We currently are only shipping within Australia.

When will you offer International Shipping?

In the future, we do anticipate International Shipping

What is your return policy?

Because of Covid-19 and the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns.  If you have a problem, please contact us and we will try our best to find a solution.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

Is my credit card secure?

Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to prevent others from intercepting your credit card details.  Along with that, we use PayPal which has their own secure encryption methods.

What payment methods do you offer?

Payments are made with PayPal. Please note: you do not have to have an account with PayPal.  In this case, without a PayPal account, you can simply use your approved credit card and have your order processed as a guest of PayPal.

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express when using PayPal.

Do I need an account to shop on this website?

You are welcome to browse, and shop without setting up an account.  When you are ready to purchase you will be required to set up an account to manage all your purchases.

What if I forget or have lost my password?
